Assistance |
Wherever possible, we will endeavour to arrange assistance by a dedicated BMW Customer Service Vehicle. If the problem cannot be resolved and the vehicle is immobilised we will arrange for recovery to the nearest BMW Authorised Dealer (or to the BMW Authorised Dealer nearest to your home address).

Storage | Should your vehicle need to be stored following recovery by BMW Motorrad Roadside Assistance, we will pay for the cost of storage up to a maximum of £50 in the UK or £100 in Europe. |
Travel |
If repairs to your vehicle cannot be completed within four hours we will, wherever possible, pay for you and your passengers to continue your journey or return home.

Replacement Vehicle Hire |
If BMW Motorrad Roadside Assistance cannot repair your vehicle within four hours we will, whenever possible, organise and pay for a replacement for up to two days (or two weeks in Europe, then three days upon your return to the UK).

Redelivery |
Provided that your vehicle has been recovered by BMW Motorrad Roadside Assistance to a BMW Dealer (other than your local BMW Dealer) we will arrange for it to be returned to your home address in the UK.

Glass Breakage |
In the event of a glass breakage in the UK, we can contact a BMW Dealer or BMW glass supplier on your behalf to arrange replacement.

The service history of the Insured bike will be required by the repairing Retailer in the event of a claim. The service history should be supported by corresponding VAT invoices from the servicing or repairing Retailer.
